Collins Aerospace is currently in search of a GEOINT System Support (GSYS) Manager at Hickam AFB, HI. The GSYS Manager Provides technical and engineering software and systems administration support to the PCPAD process. This position involves comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the sensors associated ground components, and end-to-end network paths. This includes mission preparation (i.e. system readiness, system/mission configurations relative to the field sensor or comms link being utilized), direct mission execution support (to include real-time interfacing with the operators during anomalies, providing assistance to the users with mission execution) and post-mission support in further evaluating ground anomalies, to include maintenance actions, Incident tickets, and potential DR submissions. Technicians also provide sustainment support for system upgrades providing SME assistance prior to an upgrade/TCTO, TCNO, SME and physical support during an upgrade, and post upgrade efforts (TTPs, OIs, identifying means to streamline sustainment, OJT to AFP).

What You Will Do
- Manage and support GSYS systems and software processes.
- Maintain GSYS systems and software to operate and interface with multiple sensors, sites and systems.
- Provide GSYS technical and engineering SW support.
- Provide system administration for GSYS systems and software components.
- Perform system administration support to the Planning and Direction, Collection, Processing and Exploitation, Analysis and Production, and Dissemination (PCPAD) processes.
- Create, update, and respond to GSYS Incident tickets.
- Provide comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the GEOINT SW/systems (in addition, HW maintenance) associated with ground components.
- Support DSMC, GMATS, GSMC, GSYS, GSMS, OAMC in comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the GEOINT system/sensors and associated End-to-End network paths.
- GEOINT SME that provides sustainment support during system upgrades.
- Support data encryption changes and implementation.
- Support post upgrade efforts IAW tech data, TTPs, and OIs. Provides OJT to AFP and identifies sustainment support improvements that reduce logistics footprint.
- Perform TCTO, TCNO, etc.
- Pre-mission responsibilities
- Support DSMC, GSMC, GMATS, GSMS, GSYS, OAMC system readiness, system/mission configuration relative to the sensor or communications link.
- Support DSMC pre-mission tasks (system reboots, ground rings, etc.)
- Mission execution responsibilities
- Provide real-time GEOINT assistance/support to the GSMC and GSMS, maintainers, operators and users.
- Collect GSYS information for mission debrief.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Individual must possess and maintain DoD 8570.1 (IAT Level II or IAM Level I) certification.
- Experience with military GEOINT domains across various platforms plus their corresponding ground station processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED).
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI Security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- This position does support rotating shifts.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Linux (RHEL), UNIX (Solaris) and Windows (10 & 11) system administration.
- Hardware\Storage system administration. Multiple vendors to include DELL, EMC, Fujitsu, HP, IBM, etc.
- Network system administration (CISCO, Aruba, Juniper, Brocade, etc.)
- Script Language knowledge to include PowerShell, Python, Java, Ruby, Bash, Perl, PHP, etc.
- Cloud computing, virtualization, and configuration management knowledge to include VMWare, containers, puppet, etc.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
