The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in software development and analysis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with .NET Core, Angular (2+) and SQL. This role provides the opportunity to work on both backend and frontend development while ensuring seamless integration and performance of our applications. What You Will Do:
- Work on full-stack development using Angular 2+ to create modern, responsive web interfaces.
- Develop and maintain robust .NET Core APIs and backend services.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for data manipulation and reporting.
- Design, build, and deploy SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative, high-quality solutions.
- Analyze system requirements and architect scalable and reliable software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Write and maintain high-quality code, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, recommending new tools and methodologies as appropriate.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to best practices for development processes.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 5 years of software development and analysis experience, with a strong portfolio of full-stack projects and solid experience with Angular (2+) for developing dynamic, modern web applications.
- Proficiency in .NET Core for developing backend services and APIs with a proficiency in T-SQL, including creating queries, stored procedures, and views.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for building ETL processes and a strong understanding of relational databases and experience optimizing database performance with an in-depth knowledge of RESTful API design and web services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills, with the ability to effectively document and explain technical concepts with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application development.
- Familiarity with SignalR for implementing real-time functionality in web applications.
- Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git with a familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience with Jira for project management, issue tracking, and sprint planning.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
