Job Summary: The Forward Planning Data Specialist will aid Columbus Engine Center by putting customer records into a digital database.

This is a 1st Shift position: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm (Hours are flexible)

What You Will Do:

• Review shop maintenance instructions, service bulletins and airworthiness directives for accuracy
• Review incoming engine records to ensure they are correctly defined
• Work with the shop floor to help resolve incoming records and compliance issues
• Input all records data into digital database

Qualifications You Must Have:

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• 6+ months' experience in data management or quality role
• Has obtained P&W Inspection Stamp (internal applicants)
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Value:

• 2+ years' data management experience in a regulated industry
• Ability to identify and resolve configuration and compatibility issues.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP

Pratt & Whitney Columbus, GA is a FAA regulated facility and as such under the U.S. Departments of Transportation's Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
