The selected candidate will have an opportunity to be part of a large Fleet organization and work beside a team of Fleet Management Professionals. The selected candidate must be a self-starter, energetic, and able to work in a fast-pace collaborative team environment. Candidate is expected to successfully lead projects and implement many new fleet initiatives. Candidate will support all of Raytheon Fleet operations, across multiple sites, and interact with multiple functions including, but not limited to Logistics, EHS, Security, and Facilities. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to prioritize and provide timely support for multiple customers, requests, and projects daily. The candidate must have strong communications and interpersonal skills for both internal and external groups. Effective interface is required with Raytheon's asset managers, Fleet Management vendor personnel, internal function employees, and cross RTX business unit leadership. Candidate will have oversight of the administrative and tactical activities for the Fleet department. This role ensures data in the operating systems is current, accurate and timely.

What You Will Do:

Lead and implement Telematics strategy and leverage data to reduce Raytheon risk and exposure.

Right size Raytheon Fleet assets through Acquisition / Disposition. Including, but not limited to, title/registration oversight, branding decals, telematics installations, and custom upfit requirements.

Partner with OEMs to allocate vehicles in preparation for growth and update to aging fleet.

Lead DOT Compliance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Actively monitor and drive strategy for FMCSA requirements to support business operations.

Maintain Fleet control tower by compiling data and developing industry standard for fleet metrics.

Manage driver qualification program and lead strategy to maintain compliance adherent to FMCSA.

Data management and upkeep including asset details, driver manager contact, and cost center details.

Oversight of fuel purchase cards, driver fuel pins and ensure each vehicle has a current and active card.

Oversight of fuel compliance and maintenance spend.

Partner with Raytheon function leaders and management teams to lead the on-road safety and regulatory program to best-in-class.

Field requests from entities in a timely manner, answer questions, or remedy required situations.

Develop Raytheon's Driver's Manual. Maintain Fleet Command Media policy updates and standard work.

Coordinate with driver supervisors and fleet leaders to execute strategies to build/maintain a culture of safety throughout all aspects of on-road transportation operations.

Stay abreast of and leverage emerging technologies and industry best practices for Fleet Management.

Coordinate the accident investigation and response process; guide business leadership through post-incident closeout.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain, Fleet, Logistics, and/or relevant role.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

CAFM Certifications

APICS Certifications

Experience conducting and developing fleet or transportation training.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
