This role provides a great opportunity to learn and do the following: Project Management and CapEx Planning and Execution. What's special about this role is the unique opportunity to learn how to successfully support and maintain a 24/7 manufacturing site and assist in the two-week annual maintenance shutdown.

What You Will Do:

• Review and document quality related items to ensure that established quality standards are met.
• Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.
• Leverage analysis on cell performance and productivity to maximize productivity.
• Implement the use of proper and new tooling to improve efficiencies throughout the departments.
• Lead lean initiatives through by leading Kaizen events.
• Develop justifications through financial and capacity analysis for new capital equipment
• Assist with Facility / Industrial improvements leveraged on new technology.

What You Will Learn:

• Improve mechanical understanding of key facility assets.
• Cost planning and execution.
• Purchase and installation of new automated equipment /assets.
• Work to learn and address safety hazards at a manufacturing site by implementing engineering controls.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
