The F135 ALIS Integration organization supports Sustainment contracts for the F135 engine which powers the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and is looking for an individual to lead the Provisioning and LSA team.
In this position, you lead a team of six energetic strong performers to deliver high-quality data products to our customers. Collaborative leadership, strong technical aptitude, and communication skills are essential to this role. You will work with various subject matter experts from across PW's F135 team to understand and resolve data issues. You will also build relationships with the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) and Lockheed Martin Provisioning team. This position requires effective communication with multiple customer and supplier contacts, various functional groups, and executive leadership within Pratt & Whitney.
What You Will Do:
- Team Leadership - Manage six dedicated employees to deliver Sustainment Part Information Record and Logistic Support data to our customers.
- Delivering Quality Data and Commitment to Data Integrity - Understand Configuration Management to support and lead the team to deliver high-quality data. Leverage data governance policies and implement best practices to maintain data integrity. Initiate regular data audits, validation, and correction to sustain data accuracy throughout its lifecycle.
- Effective Communication - Investigate, and resolve data-related issues on time, and communicate findings to customers and stakeholders.
- Process Improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply CORE methodology to standardize and mature data processing value streams.
- Business Acquisition - Create the BOE and support negotiation for the FY26+ contract
Qualifications you Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business Administrative
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Engineering Changes process, F135 Technical Data, and Contract Proposal
- A minimum of 2 years of managerial/superviosry experienc
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft 365 Products
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Master's degree and 5 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business Administrative
- 1+ year of experience as direct supervisor for salaried employees
- Experience with SLICwave application, EC, EA, MIL Std 1388.2b, GEIA-STD 0007

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
