As the inventory control point for the USAF, P&W provides all supply support functions for the F119 engine. This role is for the F119 Item Manager. This role will be responsible for material management tasks associated with the F119 Engine related hardware. This position will report to the Supply Chain Manager, and responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
What Will You Do
- Collaborate with Delivery Assurance, Industrial Management, SLC, Eagle Supply, LIPT, OKC, GSE, CSE, to establish recovery delivery stream for all applicable parts. Obtain timely delivery info, SIM submittals/disposition, and strategically determine to cancel/rebook sales orders where the supplier is unable to deliver.
- Established weekly cadence and report on top watch file, leads team meeting to review. Reports monthly to the customer Also, analyze F119 parts on critical part tracker each day in order to assess impact.
- Revise, update and communicate at the Field Critical Top Watch Parts for on a monthly basis. Identify at risk parts and review mitigation plans.
- Monitoring and maintaining RBL's at each supported base. Established safety stock to maintain assets to support field site.
- Liaison between Fleet Management, field sites, 3PL and warehouse operations.
- Proactively checks tools and inboxes daily to identify open requisitions, MICAP's and follows up with team.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of Supply Chain, Operations, Continuous Improvement, and/or Program Management or an advance degree with 3 years of Supply Chain, Operations, Continuous Improvement, and/or Program Management experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and has SAP material management experience.
- Experience with MCA product and/or a working knowledge of USAF supply policies and practices is desired.
- Demonstrate adaptability, customer focus, teamwork, focus on results, and communication.
- Business tester for DT projects

On-Site: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
