The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
RTX Enterprise Application Services (EAS) group is seeking a SAP Project Systems and Earned Value Analyst (Manager, Business Systems and Transformation).
What you will do:
• Provide direct support to Business Analyst End User Base
• Support APEX SAP Managed Program (MP) CORE Team
• Principal focus on Earned Value (EV) support, Secondary involvement with Project System (PS) SAP System configuration and reporting support
• Provide expertise and delivery for the MP and EV functional life cycle phases. This team supports the delivery of high-quality application services primarily to United States Users
• Need an experienced and energetic person who can comfortably take on challenges in unfamiliar areas, work independently, and has excellent communications skills
• Requirement to apply SAP PS configuration, along with a thorough understanding of the Managed Programs processes, especially project structure and how the processes interact across other SAP modules such as Timekeeping, Project Systems, Controlling and Finance, and Billing
• Individual will work with a multi-disciplined User base to support APEX SAP system change requirements, develop functional specifications, support project execution, and resolve defects
• Individual will act in a functional capacity with the expectation that individual will be supporting Managed Programs and Earned Value (EV) business processes across multiple SAP user groups and must ensure solutions meet internal User needs and Service Level Agreements
• Deliver hands-on day to day SAP production support
Qualifications you must have:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) or Finance or related field and a minimum of 8+ years' experience in SAP Project Systems / Earned Value (EV) module or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree with APEX/PRISM experience as a business analyst using project systems functionality
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Earned Value (EV) process and relevant APEX Tool Suite and experience with the IT life cycle: Requirements/Analysis, Design, Specification, Code/Configuration, Development Testing, Change Management, Sustain, and Optimize
- Demonstrated solutions design expertise in Project Systems and Earned Value (EV) areas including: Ability to translate business needs and problems into viable/accepted solutions, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinker, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills, adding energetic input within a team environment, detail oriented with the ability to appropriately balance priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Potential to assume responsibility for ad-hoc projects that may require manpower resources during critical times
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Aerospace & Defense Industry Earned Value (EV) experience
- Familiarity with Agile or SAFe Methodology framework
- Functional experience across HR, Project Systems, Controlling, and/or Finance modules
- Fluent with Microsoft Tool Suite

This is a Remote work location
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
