The Business Unit ERP Data Lead will be responsible for leading and coordinating data activities for the Raytheon Workstreams ensuring data cleansing, mapping, validation, and migration efforts support business needs. Responsibilities will include identifying prework activity which can and should be performed in existing ECC environments as well as managing the overall process of data migration to the new SAP S/4 environment. The candidate will leverage a strong technical background to troubleshoot complex issues and make recommendations for strategic changes to our landscape to improve the reliability and accuracy of existing solutions. This position will require collaboration with a cross functional Digital Technology and Business team to develop and execute DT solutions in the data domain.

What You Will Do:

  • Direct and coordinate data cleansing activities to ensure data readiness for migration to the S/4 ERP system.
  • Lead data quality improvement plans, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and conforms to business requirements.
  • Provide BU Workstream support to address data origin and data construction questions that may shape process alignment decisions across the BUs.
  • Partner in the development and execution of the Reporting & Analytics strategy in alignment with the ERP implementation.
  • Understanding downstream data integration endpoints and coordinating change management for system assurance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify critical business metrics and ensure that reports and dashboards meet their needs.
  • Direct Data Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure data mapping, transformation, and migration efforts align with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop data professionals within the business and foster a culture of accountability and data excellence.
  • Manage resource allocations, timelines, and deliverables within the S/4 ERP program.
  • Ability to travel ~20%.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically, requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years experience
  • 12+ years of experience with SAP solutions.
  • Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • 1+ Full-cycle S/4 Implementation with data migration.
  • 1+ Full-cycle ECC Implementation with data migration.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading data professionals and meeting commitments on SAP ECC efforts.
  • Experience in ERP data migration, data cleansing, and managing large data sets across complex business environments.
  • Technical experience working in a complex SAP landscape.
  • Project management capability - demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, complex digital technology projects.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience understanding and interpreting business processes; ability to act in partnership with the functional areas within the business and be recognized as a valued contributor to business results.
  • Experience working laterally across business units and corporate functions to achieve universal results.
  • Experience with previous Aerospace & Defense experience preferred.

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
