Collins Aerospace is looking for an EPICOR ERP Application Manager (Remote) for our Thermal & Electronic Defense Solutions business unit with in Mission Systems. We are seeking an experienced ERP application support specialist to help develop and maintain the business enterprise resource planning application, Epicor. T&ES offers innovative product solutions to the aerospace and defense markets with multiple locations across the United States and Asia.

This is a REMOTE position where employees are working primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. However, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

What You Will Do:

  • Works with organization to develop, maintain and support business applications through understanding business processes and their implications and applying process improvement concepts for process redesign
  • Aligns services, service levels, technology, vendor/supplier management, and initiatives with business strategies and needs
  • Represents the business in enterprise/corporate initiatives
  • Acts as business contact and advocates for delivery of high-quality services
  • Works with Security/Compliance, Infrastructure, Project Management Groups to manage and document portfolio
  • Maintains data warehouse
  • Review processes and workflows from the internal point of view to achieve synergies
  • Review processes to standardize and translate those into system workflows
  • Streamline and Enhance user interface for business efficiency
  • Support standardization of Business Processes across all sites in TE&S
  • Guide and train end users use ERP to be more effective at their functions and achieve overall business goals
  • Collect operations/systems feedback to research if Native function exists and enhance as needed
  • Facilitates change management by addressing business needs
  • Support the ERP at end user applications (Epicor)
  • Manage business and operation requirements to effectually support business goals
  • Guide and train the end users at all levels to better achieve the overall the business goals
  • Apply Continuous Process Improvements to attain business synergies
  • Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area
  • Practical knowledge of Raytheon Technologies projects, programs, or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
  • Travel expectations 2-4 weeks a year with additional travel for special projects

Expectations of the role:

  • You will be supporting 9 facilities across our organization and will need to travel at least 1 week a quarter to these sites. There may be additional travel to trainings and meetings as business needs determine.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or EPICOR software development
  • Experience of 2 years minimum of EPICOR software experience

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
