What You Will Do:
- Lead, conduct, and plan internal QMS audits for compliance to the AS9100 series of standards in support of all sites across PW.
- Perform all formal responsibilities of a lead auditor such as audit team selection, audit planning, representing the audit team with PW site leadership, conducting opening and closing meetings and daily debriefs with management, completing an audit report and issuing, reviewing, and approving formal corrective actions.
- Assist PW's Certification body (BSI) during site surveillance and recertification audits. Assist in facilitating BSI audit schedules, logistics, and closure of corrective actions.
- Conduct comprehensive audit preparation and planning based on historical and current performance data.
- Support special audits and independent assessments as required by PW business units.
- Lead Auditor certification (AEA), including AATT (Aerospace Auditor Transition Training) to be completed within 4 to 12 months of accepting position.
- This position requires up to 80% travel and can be located within convenient access to a major airport.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years quality assurance experience
- 5+ years of Aerospace QMS auditing experience
- AS9100D Lead Auditor Certification
- Able to be certified as an Aerospace Experienced Auditor (AEA) within one year
- Proficiency with executive management presentations
- Able to function effectively without direct supervision
- Able to travel up to 80% both domestic and internationally

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
