The following position is to join our Corporate RTX Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) team:
Summary of Role:
This individual will be an Active Directory and Entra ID Engineer working with various vendors and stakeholders to help maintain enterprise wide solutions. This role is responsible for securing multiple Active Directory domains, Azure & AWS cloud environments, and the tools supporting them. Further responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, documenting processes and procedures, and participating in program / project calls.
What You Will Do:
- Installation, customization, configuration, and support of Active Directory and Entra ID support and governance tools
- Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards
- Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts
- Participate in projects that require IAM team involvement
- Identify and communicate risks and issues, and provide recommendations on potential fixes
- Oversee production releases
- Provide reporting to internal and external audit as required
- Monitor delivery against SLAs
- Support and ensure daily processes are in place to maintain an efficient and secure platform
- Participate in production support for any Severity 1 or 2 incidents
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically Requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- 5 years of Active Directory experience
- 5 years of Azure Cloud Identity experience
- 5 years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both
- 5 years of information technology experience
- Minimum 4 years with IT security with emphasis on hybrid on-premises/cloud technology stacks
- US Citizen Required
- Location: ONSITE
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in managing IAM operations with people management skills
- Knowledge in scripting (PowerShell, SQL, access, excel) and data mapping
- Solid understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID
- Good understanding of IAM principles
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written and presentation skills required
- Team player with proven collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with PowerPoint, and other Microsoft products such as Excel, required.
- Ability to prioritize work without management direction, and provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management
- Must have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, capabilities or tools based on the needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with capturing server memory dumps
- Familiarity with capturing and analyzing network packet captures
- Experience with using Splunk for log analysis
- Other Desired Skills: One Identity Active Roles, Quest GPOADmin, Radiant Logic VDS, RedHat Directory Server, threat identification tools

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. Minimum Program Qualifications

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
