The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services:
RTX has an opening for a Director, Intelligent Automations Product Leader (Director, Business Systems and Transformation). This position will be a cross functional leader, across RTX for Enterprise Intelligent Automations program.
Responsible for identifying end to end process automation opportunities & prioritization, manage RTX wide automation products roadmaps, discovery, value assurance across Bus; focus on advancing RTX digitization and automation of business processes through the usage of intelligent automation technologies such as robotics, AI & ML and drive innovation to improve cost, quality, efficiency, and customer affinity.

What You Will Do:
- RTX Intelligent Automations Product leader leads RTX wide product strategy and roadmaps for Intelligent Automations working closely with all BUs across geographies.
- Responsible for overall Automations strategy for discovery and high impact automations use case pipeline working closely with delivery and operations teams.
- Responsible for establishing prioritization and governance process for high impact automation use cases across RTX
- Responsible for identification of high impact automation use cases opportunities working closely with all BUs
- Responsible for driving product stream discovery, value assurance and high impact use cases pipeline.
- Periodic reporting of opportunity pipeline, value assurance and high impact use cases
- Research and analyze industry trends in Intelligent automations and build enterprise strategy, roadmap, and engagement models.
- Synthesize research to gain insights into business feasibility, partnerships, disruptions, and competitive intelligence.
- Up to date on product stream innovations (new tools, capabilities, and software native solutions for driving business value)
- Drives road shows for Intelligent Automations with all BU leadership across RTX and share complete toolkit of capabilities of the program with stakeholders.
- Understands the technical requirements of bringing end-to-end solutions to life.
- Perform current state assessments of existing pipeline, develop strategies and recommendations to advance program strategy and roadmap for Intelligent automations.
- Large scale implementation experience & deep expertise in RPA/BPM, Chatbots, Advanced AI/ML, also Gen AI knowledge preferable.
- Ability to advocate for innovative and new technology platform capabilities and solutions and bring market insights.
- Work closely with Automations leadership on overall Intelligent Automation strategy for successful execution of all automation use cases.
- Self-driven with demonstrated ability to organize and provide technical leadership for a diverse (both geographic and technical) team.
- Experience working in a enterprise global delivery model environment including facilitating cross organizational solutions in response to diverse objectives.
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills. Ability to communicate and influence effectively to C-level executives, business/technology leaders and BU Product leads.
- Excellent written & oral communications skills including presentation, negotiation skills, preparing management level briefings and summary explanations.
- Communicate and influence senior executive leadership regarding matters of strategic importance.
- Travel up to 20%+
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically a minimum of 14+ years of experience in leading Intelligent Automations, RPA/BPM, AI/ML capabilities and a bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEMS) or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 12+ years related work experience.
- 10+ years. large scale implementation experience & expertise in RPA/BPM, Chatbots, Advanced AI/ML, also Gen AI knowledge preferable.
- Strong business acumen; domain competencies in Automations, RPA, BPM, AI/ML.
- Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to influence and work with senior leaders across RTX for automation opportunities and draw consensus on major product decisions.
- Advanced business knowledge, general management, and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams.

The salary range for this role is 171,000 USD - 343,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
