The Global Logistics and Support Equipment Readiness (GLaSER) Director will lead the support equipment value stream, the logistics and warehousing team in Oklahoma City, and the Global Asset Management function for all P&W Military Engine (ME) Programs.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the ME support equipment value stream including design, procurement, delivery and maintenanc.
  • Lead the logistics and warehouse management of spare parts, repaired parts, support equipment and 3PL contractor for the Oklahoma City facility.
  • Partner with ME Programs to provide Global Asset Management in coordination with Global Trade Compliance, and lead P&W Military legal entities to facilitate business in countries with significant ME Program support requirements.
  • Partner with ME Programs to anticipate and set future requirements in all areas.
  • Effectively lead a talented, diverse, multi-faceted team.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or Business with a minimum of 14+ years of experience in Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Program Management or Business; or an advanced degree with 12+ years of similar experience (to include a good understanding of propulsion sustainment requirements).
  • Proven skills in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in a multi-discipline environment.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 176,000 USD - 352,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
