The Site Services Lead is accountable for the overall successful implementation and integration of DT Services across all Raytheon for all assigned sites. This role is responsible for overseeing the integration of all DT Services and engagements with Site Executives and leadership teams to include understanding priorities for the site, areas of concern, opportunities for change, demand planning and improvements. This role is required to have a site presence to their home-based site of responsibility. The Site Lead will provide performance monitoring, oversight of local projects, escalation interface to suppliers and DT leadership for the sites. It requires close partnership with other DT entities across Enterprise Services (ES), Raytheon and RTX Company. The role requires the ability to help effectively communicate and drive adoption of ES and Raytheon DT Technology direction and implement ES and Raytheon DT standards throughout the sites. This is a high impact role needing leadership skills and applicable technical and operational experience.

This role will work on-site at Raytheon's location in Aurora, CO. Relocation support is available to the selected applicant if they are eligible per company policy.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary Digital Technology (DT) interface and liaison, representing DT at your respective site(s) providing guidance, direction, and support as required.
  • Engage with Site Leadership, Facilities, Operations and Program Management for demand planning and management around their needs for specific Digital services at the site.
  • Reviews business requests for Digital service enhancements and undertakes cost evaluation, standards reviews, and prioritization.
  • Monitor internal and external service providers to ensure they are performing to contractual requirements using Raytheon standards and processes, analyzing and acting upon SLA and metrics data to ensure customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Support DT AOP forecast for the services provided, including all sub frameworks, capital planning and expenditures.
  • Partner with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to support site compliance assessments and internal audits
  • Partner with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to translate audit observations into actionable improvements for service owners
  • Partner with service owners to update and track compliance related improvement activities and work with appropriate leaders to remove barriers to progress.
  • Represents Digital Technology on the Site Incident Support Team (SIST)
  • Collaborate with service architects to discuss impact of new technologies and architecture roadmap.
  • Support and Collaborate with the various Digital Technology teams, RTX Enterprise Services and other functional teams to help support the infrastructure and employees.
  • Working knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, Earned Value Management (EVM), Agile Project Management, and efficiency improvement with LEAN Principles.
  • Minimal travel will be required to support other Raytheon locations in the immediate region.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with 6 years relevant experience, or an associate degree with 10 years' experience. In lieu of degree, 12 years of relevant experience will be required.
  • Experience in IT Service Delivery, IT Site Services, or IT Infrastructure Operations.
  • Experience with managing vendors / service providers.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience with the fundamental tools and technologies used within Digital Technologies End User Support Operations and Methodologies of any of the following: Active Directory, SCCM, Asset Management Lifecycle, Whole Disk Encryption, PKI, O365 Product Suite, Azure Information Protection.
  • Budget experience and fiscal discipline in managing a department or functional budget.
  • Audio-Visual (AV) equipment experience.
  • Experience interacting with multiple levels of any of the following: employees, internal customers, teammates, and suppliers. (Highly valued!)
  • Prior experience working independently as a stand-alone point of contact for an organization. (Highly valued!)
  • Experience in creating high level documentation and presenting to leadership team members.
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity / Certification in Raytheon's CORE principles & methodology
  • Exceptional judgment, decision-making skills, and organizational skills
  • Leadership experience, the emphasis on leading and developing diverse teams.
  • Working knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, Earned Value Management (EVM), and efficiency improvement (Six Sigma/LEAN Principles/CORE).
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, influence, and communication skills
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset with ability to work with multiple disciplines, driven by quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail, with drive, initiative, and motivation.
  • An active and in scope US Secret Security Clearance is highly valued, but not required.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
