We have an exciting, high-visibility, hybrid work opportunity for a Deputy Program Manager within the P&W Global Compliance Organization!
What You Will Do:
The Deputy Program Manager will provide direct program support to the RTX and P&W Global Trade organizations to assist in the completion of all P&W obligations under the U.S. State Department Consent Agreement. In this dynamic and fast-paced role you will partner and collaborate with business leaders and Global Trade colleagues across the company to enhance, develop and deploy Global Trade Compliance solutions in a proactive manner, consistent with the Global Trade vision and mission. The ability to build relationships, coach and influence peers & leaders, exercise good judgment and work effectively across P&W is critical in this role. The selected candidate will be assigned to Pratt & Whitney's Consent Agreement Program Management team and report directly to the Associate Director, P&W Consent Agreement Program Office.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Serve as the Deputy Program Manager of the P&W Consent Agreement Program Management Office
- Assist in preparing for P&W's engagements with and presentations to RTX Global Trade leadership, the Special Compliance Officer, and U.S. Government regarding P&W's actions and activities in furtherance of the Consent Agreement
- Coordinate with stakeholder functions, both within and beyond the Global Trade organization, to ensure full and timely completion of their obligations under the consent agreement
- Collect and maintain artifacts to demonstrate completion of these obligations and support P&W's certifications to RTX, the Special Compliance Officer, and U.S. Government
- Assist in the development, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of P&W and RTX policies, standard work, and processes related to Global Trade
- Continually enhance and improve P&W's Global Trade program and maintain a heightened awareness of the RTX Code of Conduct, acting with integrity at all times
- Build relationships across the RTX Global Ethics and Compliance network and serve as a key point of contact for all Consent Agreement related items
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in global trade, compliance or contracts - including project management experience; OR Advanced Degree and 7+ years of experience in global trade, compliance or contracts - including project management experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience working in a cross-functional and matrixed environment, with the ability to drive results based on both authority and influence
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, with experience in briefing Senior Leadership
- Experience with MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and other applicable productivity software
- Strong organizational/follow-up skills and ability to prioritize and drive multiple and diverse tasks to closure concurrently
- A passion for teamwork and collaboration, Strong leadership skills, excellent judgment, and professional maturity
- A demonstrated ability to work with minimal daily supervision, collaborate with others, and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- The ability to apply strategic and forward thinking to a long-term project while tactically implementing short term goals
- Experience working in the Aerospace/Aviation industry or within a Compliance function
- Knowledge / familiarity with U.S. Government contracts and EAR/ITAR and export control requirements
- Experience with SharePoint, Data Analytics, Digital Technology platforms and Project Management tools (i.e. Primavera, Microsoft Project, Jira)
- Experience as Control Account Manager (CAM) or with Earned Value Management a plus

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
