What You Will Do

• The Logistics Specialist will perform a variety of technical and business tasks in support of the Material Delivery Services. Tasks include Preparing Commercial and Government deliveries for operations and engineering materials/services. Material Delivery Services is responsible for ensuring deliveries are processed accurately and on-time.
• Prioritize delivery requests to meet customer need and contract due date.
• Coordinate with Shipping Inspection, DCMA, GFP, and Traffic to complete DD250's.
• Understand the requirements in DFARS Appendix F.
• Participate in Program meetings regarding DD250 execution.
• Communicate directly with internal and external customers.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
• Experience in MS Office
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience in a logistics, supply chain or related field.
• Experience in APEX, PRISM, MOCAS, and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
• Experience in RMD/Govt Contracts to execute DD250.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
