The following position is to join our Corporate RTX Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) team:

Role Overview:

Responsible for supporting Microsoft Information Production/Azure Information Protection and Unified labeling within our Microsoft GCCH tenant. You will a subject matter expert for all things labeling for the Compliance team.

What You Will Do:

  • Use PowerShell scripts to troubleshoot issues pertaining to AIP/Unified Labeling
  • Work with internal QA team/tool to ensure testing accurately measure the capabilities of products and services leveraging AIP, Microsoft DLP, and O365 governance services
  • Attend vendor meetings to support AIP/Unified Labeling and the services and products that utilize it
  • Troubleshoot Unified Labeling clients, and tools leveraging Unified Labeling
  • Track short and long term issues related to AIP/Unified Labeling and related governance services
  • L2/L3/L4 incident support and leadership incident support associated with compliance labeling and O365 governance
  • Update knowledge base articles and other documentation regarding UL best practices, and RTX proprietary tools created to leverage Unified Labeling

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • 1-3 years of hands on experience with MIP/AIP/UL troubleshooting in an Enterprise Level environment
  • 1-3 years experience with Windows PowerShell scripting, Office 365 in a GCCH cloud, Service Now, Incident Resolution and SLA management
  • U.S. Citizen Required
  • Location: HYBRID TX or CT

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience with AvePoint Compliance Guardian
  • Experience with Microsoft Government Community Cloud High (GCCH) environment
  • Experience with AIP/UL on mobile devices
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines with Projects and Assignments
  • Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with data classification and protection
  • Good understanding of networking (Switches, routers, firewalls, gateways)
  • Good understanding of Azure Active Directory

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. Minimum Program Qualifications

To qualify for the RTX Re-Empower Program, candidates should:

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
