At Raytheon, the foundation of everything we do is rooted in our values and a higher calling - to help our nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression. We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today's mission and stay ahead of tomorrow's threat. Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.
We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Counsel supporting Raytheon's Advanced Technology Strategic Business Unit (AT SBU). The Counsel reports to the AT SBU General Counsel and directly supports key business stakeholders, programs, and functions. The Counsel serves as the primary point of contact for program guidance and direction on legal and compliance matters, responsible for providing timely, relevant, and pragmatic legal, business, and strategic advice to help the SBU achieve its business and financial objectives. The AT SBU Legal team supports the business as an embedded partner present at all levels within the SBU and at key operational events (e.g., monthly financial/business reviews, estimate at completion reviews, staff meetings). Critical to this role is the Counsel's ability to quickly establish and maintain trust and foster a positive reputation with key program and functional leaders as their primary go-to partner.
