Raytheon is seeking a Logistics Cost Accounting Management (CAM) Specialist who will be responsible for supporting logistics budget initiatives to include costs associated with outside services, headcount, internal orders, and carrier freight payment approvals. The CAM Specialist will interface between the logistics functional leads and supply chain finance. This individual will be responsible for reconciling budget actuals to plan and understanding variances to the budget.

A primary job function includes long term budget forecasting by using Raytheon S&OP forecasts as well as inputs from logistics leads and market data inputs. On a day-to-day basis, the Specialist will support various projects by reviewing business cases, reconcile any budget discrepancies, and support freight payment initiatives and RTX synergy savings projects. Qualified candidates must be able to communicate effectively to senior leadership as well as peers in finance and logistics functional leads.
What You Will Do:
Effectively collaborate across Raytheon teams in support of Logistics & 3PL budget alignment.
Report variances to the budget and propose actions to get in line with plan.
Work closely with finance to ensure budget reporting is accurate.
Oversee 3PL partner PO invoicing in accordance with Proforma expectations.
Support the overall forecasting and budgets to ensure alignment with financial plan.
Cultivate contract logistics relationships with our key 3PL partners to ensure performance standards are met.
Participate in internal and external contract logistics monthly/quarterly business reviews.
Perform daily and weekly freight payment activities through Raytheon's FBAP (Freight Bill, Audit, & Payment) partner.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Minimum 4 years experience in Logistics (3PL Management, Planning, Forecasting) and/or financial planning and budgeting.
Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Experience using SAP.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years relevant experience
Business Partnering Experience (across multiple functional disciplines)
Experience working in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Understand and execute to terms and conditions in a SOW, Performa, or Purchase Orders.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
