We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code Management Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code data. This role will be a contributing member of the U.S. Government (USG) Contract Compliance organization. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, demonstrate high sensitivity to time-critical activities, adjust seamlessly to changing priorities, and recognize the critical role of Compliance in supporting the success of the organization.

What You Will Do:
- Perform an array of administrative tasks in support of CAGE Code activities
- Regularly validate CAGE code data against official sources to ensure accuracy and prevent errors•
- Maintain accurate records of CAGE Code assignment and related documentation
- Develop tools using Excel or other programs to manage and/or automate CAGE code compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on any changes or updates to CAGE Code procedures and regulations
- Complete company level Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Representations and Certifications
- Work with various stakeholders including Entity Management, Contracts, Supply Chain, Security, and external customers
- Provide training, communications, and guidance to Contract Professionals related to CAGE Code Activities and FAR/DFARS Representations and Certifications
- Assist with Compliance related activities within the USG Contract Compliance organization
- Conduct special projects upon request of leadership in support of USG Contract Compliance activities
- Must be willing and able to travel 10% of time
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- 3+ years experience in the management and administration of CAGE Code activities
- 3+ years experience with USG procurement laws and regulations (FAR/DFARS)

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
This position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
