What YOU Will Do:
- Manage and grow the customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establishes and oversees value stream goals and objectives to ensure alignment with the broader Military Landing Gear Business Unit and Landing Systems organizational targets and strategies.
- Directs the IPT in execution of all functions supporting the value stream projects to meet established targets and metrics.
- Facilitates and drives empowerment and inclusion amongst the IPT, recognizes achievements, and creates a highly motivated IPT to ensure customer commitments are met or exceeded.
- Responsible for negotiation and approval of contracts and associated agreements with Lockheed Martin and ensures cost management across the value stream is managed including internal supply sites to ensure P&L targets are met.
- Acts as the organization's representative to interface with key internal and external stakeholders to present a positive image of the company.
- Supports annual strategic planning efforts for the business.
- Identifies and reacts to problems and supports solutions, such as allocation of resources and operational execution.
- Supervises the appropriate use of all resources allocated to the program to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Execution responsibilities include cost, schedule, technical performance, risk management, product support, manufacturing, and quality of all assigned product lines.
- Supports the preparation of and presents value-stream strategy, progress, and results to Leadership and the Customer.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
- Minimum 3 years of program and/or project management experience working with IPT/ cross-functional teams (i.e., Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, etc.)
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in program and/or project management or aftermarket program management and strong understanding of FAR regulations and contracts.
- Experience with the major elements of Business Profit Assurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
