The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:
RTX Enterprise Services is looking for a highly motivated finance professional to lead the Business Services Order to Cash Transformation Team. The candidate will partner with internal stakeholders such as Businesses, Contracts, Accounting, Finance and Digital Technology.
The successful candidate must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and comfortable with new challenges. Good communication and collaboration skills are a must, along with the ability to effectively interact with multiple layers of leadership and to make recommendations for appropriate solutions.
What You Will do:
- Provide oversight and leadership of multiple teams led by managers and/or supervisors
- Develop long-term strategies for the team and partnering with other Order to Cash leaders on transformational projects
- Provide analytical reporting, integrating new scopes of work into Order to Cash
- Manage operational costs and analyses
- Identify SMEs and support project workshops and training sessions
- Interface with key leaders across Business Services as well as executive champions, workstream leads and functional owners in major enterprise projects
- Interface with a diverse team across multiple RTX sites
- Identify risks and resolve problems associated with key deliverables of projects
- Ensure cost and schedule objectives tied to key projects are met
- Drive change management and communication of major projects and activities
- Travel required to attend key meetings and training events
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting or a directly related degree
- This role typically requires 12 years of directly related professional experience; OR an advanced degree and 10 years of directly related professional experience
- At least 10 years of experience in AR
- At least 10 years' experience leading and developing teams
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements."
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Strong financial acumen, contractual language, and knowledge of enterprise financial systems such as SAP, JDE, or Hyperion
- Strategic forward thinking, leader with experience leading change and transformation
- Customer focused problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Influencer of peers and leaders who has strong interpersonal and inclusive communication skills
- Ability to managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience and/or professional designation in Lean Six Sigma, CORE or other related certifications
Location/Type: This position can be Hybrid based in Farmington/ Hartford Ct, or remote based in the Continental US

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
