We are seeking an Associate Director of Adversary Threat Analysis as part of our Raytheon Requirements and Capabilities team to oversee our authoritative threat repository and provide formally vetted threat data to our analytical modeling efforts across the business. The Associate Director will work closely with our Integrated Solutions, Modeling and Architectures (ISMA) engineering and Operations Analysis (OA) teams to conduct multi-disciplined research and analysis, based on investigating and interpreting intelligence community data. The Associate Director will lead a team of engineers in the development of a comprehensive, descriptive threat database that will feed analytical models and evaluate the impact of this data on Raytheon systems' capabilities. The Associate Director will also work closely with the intelligence community in support of multiple Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs). These CRADAs are conduits to organizations such as National Air And Space Intelligence Center with whom you will work regularly to gather the latest adversary threat information in support of Raytheon analytical efforts.

What You Will Do
- Lead a team of engineers to develop and maintain a comprehensive Cameo descriptive modeling threat repository
- Support analysts in the development of analytical models using the data in the Cameo threat repository
- Respond to requests for information (RFI) from across the Raytheon business to conduct specific research on adversary information and provide desired insights back to the business
- Develop and present quarterly Sensitive Compartmented Intelligence (SCI) briefings to the Raytheon Senior Leadership Team, as well as monthly collateral Secret briefings to a wider population of engineers, Business Development, and Program Management professionals
- Use specialized SIGINT data and analysis tool suites along with standard community of interest databases to conduct data analysis activities using data from multiple sources
- Work directly with the intelligence community on research tasks to help close gaps that affect Raytheon current and future capabilities
- Coordinate required bi-annual trips to the National Air and Space intelligence Center as well as several other intelligence organizations sponsoring CRADAs

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires University Degree in an engineering science, intelligence studies, or related field and 12+ years of experience conducting intelligence studies, or an Advanced Degree and 10+ years of experience
- Experience deriving analytical conclusions from reading large quantities of data, and writing technical briefs
- Experience with operational analysis and modeling and simulation tools
- Experience with U.S. Government analytical models including the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration and Modeling, also known as AFSIM
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience leading cross functional teams, working in a matrixed environment
- Relationships / experience with the intelligence community
- Previous military experience as an intelligence analyst and/or operator with intelligence analysis experience
- Experience with descriptive models such as Cameo

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
