The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:
RTX Enterprise Services is looking for a highly motivated professional to lead the Accounts Payable organization for North America. The candidate will partner with internal stakeholders such as Businesses, Supply Chain, Finance, and external stakeholders in support of Accounts Payable operations.
The successful candidate must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and comfortable with new challenges. Good communication and collaboration skills are a must, along with the ability to effectively interact with multiple layers of leadership in providing excellent customer support and drive solutions.
This position will be hybrid.
Key Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Leader responsible for Accounts Payable day to day operations and processes located in North America
- Driving utilization and adoption of Accounts Payable electronic initiatives
- Partnering with stakeholders to resolve issues and drive solutions.
- Driving compliance to all company policies and controls
- Supporting all internal and external audit requests for North America operations
- Serving at the AP operations focal point across all global AP teams to drive process sharing and harmonization
- Support Accounts Payable process improvement and transformation projects
- Interface with a diverse team across multiple RTX sites.
- Regular interface with upper management and all functional areas including but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting and all Businesses.
- Travel required to attend key meetings and training events
Qualifications You Must Have:
- This role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting or directly related field and 12 years of directly related professional experience; OR an advanced degree and 10 years of directly related professional experience to include strong leadership and interpersonal skills, specifically related to leading large teams and motivating, coaching and developing employees
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
- At least 8 years experience interfacing regularly interface with upper management and all functional areas including but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting and all Businesses.

- Strong ability to shape and define process to meet strategic objectives, drive efficiency while maintaining compliance

- Financial, procurement, and system knowledge

- Hybrid This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside near an RTX hub (Cedar Rapids IA, Dallas TX, Tucson, AZ, Hartford CT).

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
