The Systems Engineering Directorate is the central focus for Mission Systems Integration activities within Raytheon, responsible for defining customer needs, functional and product architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system performance, and System Security Engineering (SSE).
The Radar Systems (RS) Department is seeking a Systems Engineering Cross Product Team Lead (Associate Director, Systems Engineering) to support the SPY-6 program.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Primary Systems point of contact for the SPY-6 program with the customer senior technical counterparts and internal senior program management and engineering leadership.
- Provides technical and functional leadership to Systems Organization supporting the SPY-6 program
- Broad knowledge of the technology and concepts of radars and associated products
- Broad knowledge and understanding of the process and requirements of maintaining compliance with all export and import controls
- Ability to promote collaboration and drive alignment across Raytheon business units, functions and programs as well with external partners and customers.
- Coordinate, write, and deliver technical presentations to both internal and external customers
- A deep enough understanding of general and Raytheon specific financial metrics (e.g. bookings, sales, operating profit, and cash) and processes, and program metrics (e.g. CPI/SPI, EAC) and processes, to provide meaningful insight into business decisions and strategies.
- The ability to effectively prioritize and de-conflict competing tasks based on an accurate assessment on what will provide the greatest value to the business.
- Manages staffing for the CPT while working alongside other disciplines
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM). An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience as follows: A Master's Degree in a related field can account for 2 years of experience as required for this position. A Ph.D. can account for 5 years of experience as required for this position.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in related Systems Engineering or Multi-Disciplined Engineering
- Proven Experience effectively leading multidisciplinary teams of systems engineering professionals
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
