Raytheon is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing various aspects of maintenance, vendor relationships, and inventory tracking to ensure seamless operations and allow our technical leads to focus on core tasks. Working in conjunction with the equipment engineering and operations team to fulfill various job duties to ensure the team have what is needed to be successful in the day to day operations.

What You Will Do

  • Basement Peripheral Maintenance: Take full ownership of maintenance responsibilities for all process basement peripherals (such as pumps and heat exchangers), ensuring equipment is in top working condition.
  • Pump Management & Inventory: Oversee statuses, manage inventory, and ensure all necessary parts are available and functional.
  • Gas Inventory & Ordering: Monitor gas supplies, manage inventory, and place orders to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Day-to-Day Paperwork: Submit daily paperwork, including purchase requisitions (PRs) accurately and on time, as needed by the team.
  • Parts & Vendor Tracking: Track the status of incoming parts and vendor services, ensuring timely deliveries and services.
  • Vendor Management: Input vendor information into Vendor Registration System (VRS) and manage relationships effectively.
  • Additional Support: Act as an extra set of hands or provide vendor escort services as needed.
  • Service Contract Management: Manage service contracts by tracking end dates and assisting with renewals as directed by the team.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in maintenance coordination preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in tracking inventory and managing vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient use of MS Office products.

The salary range for this role is 48,000 USD - 116,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
