The Qatar Patriot Sustainment Program provides support to a Foreign Military Sales Program in support of QEADF.

We provide Patriot Air Defense logistical and training support.

What You Will Do:

Administrative Associate performs a wide variety of clerical tasks in support of the business. Maintains alphabetical, numerical or subject files. Interviews callers and makes proper referrals. Arranges meeting and appointment schedules. Arranges meetings and conferences. Operates office machinery and/or personal computers and may be familiar with several computer applications. Inputs data into various company systems. Generates charts, tables, memoranda, reports, correspondence and other materials with speed and accuracy. May be responsible for government and company property tracking and control. May interface with internal and/or external customers. May require minimal knowledge of specific functional area. Checks work correctness. May assist in directing work, assigning and outlining tasks.

The Administrative Associate's responsibilities include the following:

Communications and Collaboration

Composes clear, concise and grammatically correct written correspondence

Provides guidance and counseling relating to office operations, established policies and procedures

Technical Aptitude

Become engaged and understand requirements for each program supported

Demonstrates expertise of current IT tool set and takes initiative to learn new tools

Logistics and Budget Management

Determines work effectiveness and streamlines routine business systems in daily operations

Knowledgeable in travel and expense policies and using associated systems

Customer Satisfaction

Develop trusted relationships through open and honest communication

Builds strong reliable relationship with customers at various levels

Influence and Negotiation

Develops an effective network of contacts for assistance (internal and external)

Effectively influence and motivate up, down and across the organization

Ethical Behavior

Is trustworthy and dependable in dealing with others

Encourages diversity of thought

Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications You Must Have:

Good technical writing & oral communication skills

Good interpersonal skills

Knowledge in use of web-based search engines and software applications, such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point

Scheduling of both Internal and External meetings and arranging associated needs

Demonstrates the ability to be a problem solver

Knowledgeable on SPOT (Synchronized Pre-Deployment and Operational Tracker)

Knowledgeable on deploying and redeploying FSRs (Field Service Representative)

Qualifications We Prefer:

Effective presentation and speaking skills

Setup/Maintain/Update electronic, centralized file system

Demonstrates expertise in the inventory and supply order system

Projects a confident, professional and trustworthy image

Models' ethical behavior in all matters

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. May substitute experience for education. (i.e., Associate's Degree or Technical School plus 6 years of related experience, no degree plus 10 years of related experience.)

Additional Information:

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products

The salary range for this role is 50,000 USD - 100,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
