What You Will Do:
- Stretch your capabilities and enhance learning with frontline, hands-on assignments
- Relocate to different RTX cities/states while in program to broaden your exposure to the business and further develop your leadership and functional skills and business acumen
- 1st rotation role overview - The candidate can anticipate the following responsibilities:
- Development of concepts of operations for radar systems
- Radar processing algorithm development
- Radar software requirements development
- Statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data
- Analysis tool development in support of problem identification and resolution
- Collaboration with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutions
- Present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers
- Additional focus areas for these radar systems include signal processing and waveform design, electronic protection methods, phased array and digital beamforming technology, radar search, track and discrimination design, target and threat modeling, integration and test of large radar systems, MBSE.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Engineering: Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Systems Engineering, or Hard Sciences: Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, or Computer Science, or other related discipline; degree must be obtained between December 2024 - May 30, 2025
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- Experience in systems, software, and/or integration & test
- Experience with tools, such as MATLAB or Python, for data analysis and automation
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Cumulative 3.2 GPA
- Experience with hands-on troubleshooting, root cause identification, corrective action implementation and verification
- Experience using requirements management tools

The salary range for this role is - . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
