Job Summary:
Raytheon, Operations/ Supply Chain/Quality (OSQ) Inter Organization Transfers (IOT) has an immediate opening seeking a P1 Program Controls Financial Analyst to join our team as an Onsite employee at the McKinney, TX Site. This position will be supporting the F-16 Portfolio as a IOT partner to Collins SBU Mission Systems. This position will be responsible for the daily business and financial activities of a set of programs within OSC IOT work. Responsibilities include being responsible for cost/schedule control and analysis, Hour Per Unit (HPU) Analysis Forecasting, Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting, partnering with the Program Manager and CAM's/IPTL's, and provide personal involvement in the successful execution of the contracts. Other responsibilities are to drive the finance process for a set of programs, monitor program health and compliance, and partnering with functional team members to improve program financial metrics. In addition, this position is responsible for actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects. Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will be required as well as support of 5 Year and AOP forecasting.

The ideal candidate would be able to work in a challenging fast paced team environment, be a success minded team member who possesses strong self-initiative and multi-tasking skills, be able to provide analytical support while under critical deadlines and be involved on process improvement initiatives. The effective candidate for this role should possess excellent attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft office.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, Management, or other closely related field.
- This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in providing financial and business support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to quickly master Business Systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with program team
- Self-starter, organization skills and shows initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysis
- Works under general direction and participates in determining objectives of assignment plans, schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives after training period
- Interpersonal and presentation skills

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
