The Royal Caribbean Group's Safety,Security & Environment has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Sr Analyst, Protective Intelligencereporting to the Director Intelligence, Investigations & Situational Management.
This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.
Position Summary:
We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst, Protective Intelligence. The position supports an environment of protecting Executive leadership and brand reputation through proactive intelligence reporting, intelligence and information sharing, and partnering with Global Security and cross-functional partners. Your expertise in analyzing complex data and identifying threat actors will inform our leadership's decisions and help mitigate potential risks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the Protective Intelligence program
- Conduct assessments involving executive travel, events, potential security threats, brand and reputation concerns, and due diligence.
- Conduct assessments and triage cases of threats or unusual interest made towards Executive leadership
- Communicate clear and concise actionable intelligence for situational awareness to those responsible for providing Executive Protection support
- Monitor all-source information to proactively identify and assess threats that could potentially impact global executives and business operations
- Gather and analyze data to facilitate improvements in the methodologies, tools and techniques to enable the team to scale and optimize operations to mitigate potential risk
- Appropriately leverage resources, technology, information, and tactics in a manner that protects brand reputation and minimizes executive risk
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with other business partners to effectively support their respective operations
- Follow company procedures and processes as it relates to Global Security best practices, and handling of confidential information
- Flexible work schedule, able to workdays, evenings, weekends and holidays
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of combined experience in analytical, threat assessment, and/or executive protection disciplines
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability as an intelligence analyst, delivering protective intelligence risk analysis within a private sector or public sector organization
- Demonstrated proficiency in using OSINT tools and social media monitoring platforms to conduct in-depth analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable intelligence.
- Strong problem resolution and independent planning.
- Proven ability to apply sound judgment and use discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Excellent verbal and written communicator. Uses tact and diplomacy in all interactions. Comfortable and experienced interacting with senior executives.
- A valid and active driver's license.
- Requires valid passport.
- On call availability 24/7. Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Certification in OSINT methodologies and tools
- Experience with public-private sector partnerships and professional membership organizations such as the Association for Threat Assessment Professionals, Analyst Roundtable, ASIS, AIRIP, etc.
- Experience with POI and GOI investigations and managing a BOLO program
- Experience with building and/or implementing protective intelligence and threat management programs
- Experience with data visualization and geospatial mapping tools
Work Environment
