The Royal Caribbean Group's Celebrity brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full Sr. Analyst, Brand Innovation reporting to the Marketing team.

This position will be working onsite from Miami.

Position Summary:

The Sr. Analyst, Brand Strategy & Innovation, defines and develops strategic positioning and marketing campaigns for key consumer products, which may include new ships/destinations, revitalized ships, guest programs, or volatile products in ever shifting or highly competitive markets. Under the direction of the Director of Brand Strategy & Innovation, this role provides strategic guidance about these key products to domestic and global marketing teams, to ensure a robust, consistent, fully integrated marketing effort. Key to this role is the facilitation of communication between internal stakeholders and outside vendors related to the development of strategic approach, marketing tactics, consumer messaging, visual assets including computer generated imagery of products, and other supporting campaign elements to launch new and evolving products across consumer channels. After product launch, the Sr. Analyst role documents and assesses revenue performance and consumer feedback and will continue to activate marketing teams as needed to support the product, should it be falling short of goal in any area of measurement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative concepts for ships and private destinations that are grounded in guest insights, ladder up to the Celebrity brand promise, strengthen the equity of the brand, and deliver exceptional, differentiated, and superior guest experiences.
• Assist in analyzing data and research to define strategies that solve for business complexities.
• Create guest experience briefs with clear design direction and guest journeys.
• Partner cross-functionally to gain alignment on strategies and concepts and incorporate feedback accordingly. Partner with newbuild (marine architects and engineers), hotel operations, marketing, analytics, and product development, to socialize strategic vision and design guidelines.
• Design and establish timelines with seamless approval process from Senior Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and Newbuild, meeting shipyard deadlines.
• Develop audit tools and process to ensure concepts keep their essence and magic over time.
• Build consistency of signature concepts across the fleet.
• Assist in overseeing all new and renovated ships and private destinations capital requests and budgets (+$10B)

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
• 1-3 years of business, strategy, or product/brand marketing experience.
• Subject matter expert in the area of brand innovation.
• Autonomy to lead large processes and projects.
• Exceptional creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative ideas and creative problem solutions.
• Strong creativity and passion for hospitality.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to grasp the complexities of the business to effectively translate them into strategies.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints.
• Excellent ability to assemble and influence cross-functional teams to include input and buy-in from all stakeholders.
• Strong and proven ability to collaborate with others and build strong and sustainable relationships.
• Exceptional presentation skills, including strong written and oral communication, and capability to interact with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
• Willingness to take personal initiative and ownership.
• Strong business acumen.
• Extreme attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong key computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
