This position will be working onsite from Miami.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for working with the Director, Business Development Support, Trade & Host Travel Partner Relations and Sr Host Agency Account Executive, specifically focusing on the implementation and execution of our 2nd phone field program for identified Host Agency partners. This includes having full knowledge of 2nd phone field options/capabilities that are available.

The position will provide support in various sales/support activities with the goal of ensuring satisfaction and operational excellence, which in turn leads to increasing revenue performance of Host and 2nd phone field branches.

It will also require creative, outside the box thinking to meet the various needs of our partners. Liaise with key personnel from IT, Automation Support, Sales Administration as well as our sister brands to ensure growth goals are exceeded for each Host Agency partner.

Work with the Host Agency Team to establish a calendar of yearly training events geared toward IC's in key cities. This includes in-person, shipboard and virtual events. Make sales presentations & conduct training seminars to small/large audiences to promote the brand, specific ships, programs and destinations as needed. Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts including revenue growth, volume growth, and product specific targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain relationships with Host Agencies and their Independent Contractors (IC).
  2. Outbound sales calls to new and established 2nd phone field agencies to uncover sales opportunities.
  3. Maintain contact lists of Host Agencies in Salsesforce. Increase engagement with non 2nd phone field IC's.
  4. Identify strategic initiatives with Director & Sr. Host Agency AE based on IC engagement priorities.
  5. Support Social Media engagement on Host closed group FB pages.
  6. Assist with coordination and delivery of customized IC trainings to include face to face, ship tours, local events, as well as Virtual.
  7. Support standard operating procedures for implementation of 2nd phone field program.
  8. Responsible for complete knowledge of all Royal Caribbean International products, services, and brand representation.
  9. Works with cross-functional departments to insure execution of sales goals.
  10. Must be able to travel occasionally.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University preferably in a related field, or combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years' experience in Sales and/or Marketing or a combination of education and years of experience.
  • Travel industry background preferred.
  • Must be assertive, self-motivated, self-disciplined and a self-starter.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong organizational/presentation skills.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally.
  • Position is based in Miami HQ office.
  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use advanced business and sales knowledge to make decisions, use sound judgment, negotiate effectively, and deliver results.
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
  • Ability to use multiple communication and interaction methods to collaborate effectively, get results with others and develop customer champions.
  • Ability to display the highest level of personal integrity, take responsibility for personal and organizational results, and proactively develop greater ability.
  • Must be proficient in communication skills including (but not limited to) Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
