Position Summary / Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for analyzing and maintaining information contained in the Advanced Shipboard Revenue (ASR) for Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises. This includes obtaining, analyzing, validating and loading all tour allotments and prices and creating/maintaining content to display on external websites. This position also serves as support to IT regarding ASR defects, enhancements and migrations and assists with quality assurance for contract reviews.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with product and brand management to complete inventory set-up and help with maintenance for all itineraries and destinations taking into consideration passenger demand and brand strategy.

- May help to review initial tour content description to determine consistency with submitted operating plan details. Ensures tour programs are properly and consistently presented.
- Reports on key performance metrics for assigned regions including weekly updates of time to market. Based on these reviews, makes recommendations to management on suggested course of action to maximize excursion revenue for future call dates.
- Analyzes daily emails from tour operators and makes increases / decreases to inventory based on tour operator responses.
- Provides business and system testing of ASR in conjunction with IT. Reports defects, provides needed analysis/support for IT in resolution of defects and provides support during migrations.
- Analyzes weekly queries and performs quality assurance audits. This could include, but is not limited to, inventory and/or pricing discrepancies, online descriptions, images and video, tour operator restrictions, insurance certificates, operating plans and tour operator invoices.
- Update selling exchange rates in ASR as directed by management
- Assits in comparing new contracts/contract amendments to previously loaded costs in ASR to determine accuracy and impact
- Performs audits of costs currently in ASR to ensure they match active contracts
Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in Guest Port Experience and/or support of tour program development Preferred
- 1-3 years of data entry experience
- Understanding of various IT systems desirable
- Basic Accounting experience preferred
- Good understanding of international destinations
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to analyze trends and pricing/costing data
- Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to work independently as well as a team member
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and via email
