Position Summary:
The Sales Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in our efforts by providing support in the areas of Business Analytics for the Celebrity Sales organization. The primary responsibility of this role will be to analyze, implement, and administer Celebrity Sales compensation programs. This role will create and maintain accurate weekly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts for sales incentives. Other tasks include maintaining Sales Compensation plans and tracking for the Sales Organization, working with the Sales team, IT, and a team of senior analysts to help create a unified and reliable reporting structure, and working closely with Sales teams to identify trends and revenue-generating opportunities. The role will also include ad-hoc data analysis and data provisioning for our business users in support of their management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes as it relates to incentive compensation calculations and related accruals
- Responsible for the gathering, analysis, and interpretation of data. Analyze sales data to identify trends (i.e. regionally, by product, by account, by market, or by segment.)
- Work internally with multiple teams to drive sales compensation system and process improvements including custom reports and dashboards
- Develop and maintain interactive analytics reports and dashboards using several reporting tools like Excel and Power BI
- Maintenance of compensation plans for all Sales bonus eligible roles and timely implementation of new compensation plans as they become effective
- Provide plan modeling, cost analysis, and the review of business trends
- Provide expert guidance, training, and assistance to our Sales Managers in effective data querying strategies and in the proper utilization of reporting tools
- Collaborate closely with Total Rewards, HR and payroll to gain plan approval and payment processing
- Develop productive working relationships with all Sales Managers, Directors and Executives as well as peers and other colleagues within the department and cross-departmentally.
- Participates in the development of specifications, policies and procedures for the assigned area.
- Performs related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university or equivalent work experience required.
Two to four years related experience in financial / business analysis or related field preferred.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's degree (MA) preferred
Previous experience with Sales or Marketing preferred but not required
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Analytical skills to interpret data trends
The responsibilities and level of supervision required will vary based on individual job performance.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, and SQL
Proficient interpersonal skills to communicate in a multicultural environment with all levels of employees and management.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple projects and priorities.
Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy in data and analysis.
Ability to work, interact, and communicate with external / internal customers at all levels.
