About the role

The Partnerships Activation Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of partnership activations and supporting brand sponsorship activation across the EMEA region. This role ensures the successful execution of activation deliverables by acting as a primary liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring all contractual activation obligations are met on time and to a high standard.

This position requires strong project management and stakeholder relationship skills, as well as the ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Ownership of Partnership Deliverables: Oversee the day-to-day planning and execution of contractual activation obligations, ensuring best-in-class delivery across all partnership touchpoints.

Sponsorship Activation Support: Plays a supporting role in the activation of sponsorships alongside sponsorship activation leads.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal departments and stakeholders to gain partner approvals and ensure alignment of programs and initiatives.

Cross-Functional Teamwork: Foster strong working relationships with key departments, including marketing, social media, sales, and events, to champion partner needs and ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners and act as the primary point of contact for activation activities.

Strategy Development: Support the development of partnership strategies that align with broader business objectives.

Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and partnership objectives.

On-site Activation Support: Assist with on-site activation of sponsorship

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in partnerships management, project management or account management role
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • First rate initiative and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to multitask, work under pressure and balance several different projects and deadlines at once
  • Organized with good attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, MSWord)
  • Highly motivated with a positive "can do" attitude
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Travel in role will be required
