Position Summary:

The receptionist is responsible to welcome registered visitors as well as to stop unregistered and suspicious ones. Is important to represent the best image of the Company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the 8-10 key areas of responsibility in descending order, with the responsibility requiring the most amount of time first. Use specific action verbs such as "manages", "analyzes", "files", etc.
- Receive Guests in warm, friendly and pleasant manner to best represent Royal Caribbean corporate image
- Record guest requests from departments
- Ensure each arrived Guest to register in the Visitor Registration Book at the reception.
- Issue Visitor Badge to the Guest and take back upon leaving.
- Notify inviting personnels to come to reception to receive their guests.
- Be alert to unsafe, unregistered or suspicious visitors, or solicitors.
- Handle basic administrative tasks assigned.
- Switch board operation to answer and transfer phone calls to related staff in good manner.

Qualifications:

- Outgoing and pleasant personality
- Prior internship experience is needed
- Great service attitude
This role has the opportunity to transfer to FTE in call center or admin positions when headcount is available

- Multi-task skill is needed
- Fast learner
- Able to speak and write English is a big plus
