The Onboard Branding & Communications Manager will be responsible for the execution of the global onboard communication strategy as established by the Sr. Manager Onboard Marketing & Communications. This role will also support implementation of all brand initiatives designed to achieve or exceed onboard revenue and guest satisfaction targets. To accomplish these objectives, the Manager Onboard Branding & Communications will work in collaboration with various internal and external departments and stakeholders including Marketing, Hotel Operations, New Build, Purchasing, Revenue, concession partners and shipboard teams to identify, recommend, develop and facilitate the standardization of branding and communication guidelines for the Celebrity Cruises brand.

The Onboard Branding & Communications Manager will also manage and provide marketing leadership oversight for the fleetwide shipboard Digital Content Manager and Assistant Digital Content Manager teams by outlining direction for implementing consistent and on brand printed guest communications, digital signage and stateroom TV content.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage efforts for brand standardization and compliance of all onboard revenue department communications on all new ships and ships in service in collaboration with other cross functional teams via the brand SharePoint that will function as the one source of truth for approved content and communications.
- Direct and lead shipboard Digital Content Managers in the decision-making process and implementation of any guest communication related issues impacting onboard operations.
- The Onboard Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring brand standards are maintained for all guest facing promotional materials and events. This includes onboard collateral such as the Celebrity Today program, digital signage, broadcast TV content, in-stateroom printed material and point of purchase displays.
- Head all collaborative global marketing efforts to distribute creative assets and marketing guidelines for all current and new onboard experiences, promotions and activities.
- Partner with various marketing channels to ensure all communications follow brand standards from inception to ongoing support of onboard products and services.
- Guides the development of new offerings that drive increased onboard revenue and improve the overall guest experience onboard.
- Implements and drives initiatives through integrated onboard communications channels to generate, increase, and engage consumer awareness of existing or new onboard experiences delivered through internal or external partners.
- Monitors the creative development process and production of creative assets by internal and external contracted vendors hired to develop onboard communication content.
- Develops multi- channel campaigns and initiatives designed to improve operational executions and guest experience. Initiatives include leading creative development, consumer facing communications (signs, flyers, etc.) digital entertainment, talk tracks for shipboard teams, SOPs, etc.
- Maintain constant communication with shipboard teams serving as a liaison between shipboard and shoreside departments for all guest communication needs.
- Supports guest satisfaction ratings and onboard initiatives by developing marketing and communication plans to achieve revenue and NPS targets. Assists in evaluating all onboard product and services, brand communications, and guest satisfaction.
- Primary day-to-day contact with internal and external partners and ensures they uphold agreed-to metrics and goals and are aligned with branding objectives and standards.
- Develops clear, concise well written briefs that communicate the business objectives, consumer insights that drive our needs.
- Responsible for supervising ongoing day-to-day creative development and production of on-brand onboard assets (print, video & digital assets) to ensure they improve revenue, guest satisfaction and experience
- Functions as subject matter expert on onboard branding and communications knowledge and best practices.
Performs other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising or related field required
- 6+ years experience in marketing, advertising or creative team
- Proven success with launching and leading teams in the launching of new products and services from ideation to delivery across multiple channels
- Strong written and oral communication skills, highly organized, deadline driven and detail oriented.
- Demonstrates ability in improving processes and procedures
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Team oriented and demonstrates strong cross functional leadership expertise in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Proven ability to collaborate well with others and build strong, sustainable relationships with stakeholders of all levels within the organization
- Ability to develop strategic frameworks, plan, execute and manage projects from start to finish.
- Experience managing business partnerships, vendors, internal and external cross functional teams.
- Active participation in cross functional teams to identify and implement product development and partnership strategies
- Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with all departments and levels of management throughout the organization, as well as external partners
- Manages team projects on-time and within budget
- Occasional travel required
