Embark on an exciting journey with Royal Caribbean as a Web Production Lead and act as the supervisor of a web producers team task with crafting and executing captivating messages across our eCommerce experience. As a seasoned professional in this role, you will spearhead the execution of engaging promotions, content, assets, and translations. In addition, you will oversee requirements gathering, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and work closely with product teams to elevate our guests' digital experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of web producers, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Create and optimize digital content for various platforms as a hands-on web content author.
• Spearhead the execution of large volumes of engaging promotions, content, assets, and translations at scale.
• Intake projects and stakeholder requests to assign the work to the local resources. Ensure timelines are realistic and the team is equipped to deliver on time.
• Understand technical complexities of web production processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Craft and execute captivating messages across eCommerce platforms.
• Oversee requirements gathering to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain high standards in digital promotions and content execution through expertise in quality assurance processes.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure optimal user experience and platform steadiness.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to enhance the digital guest experience.
• Deliver results and make a significant impact on digital presence.
• Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of digital promotions and make data-driven decisions.
• Effectively communicate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing content at scale.
• 3-4 Year acting as a supervisor or team coordinator.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate them into effective online promotions.
• Experience creating and executing QA testing plans, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Technical aptitude to identify and communicate technical issues to development teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• MON - THU: Mid Shift - 2pm to 11pm Manila Time (1am to 10am EST)
• FRI: Morning Shift - 9am to 6pm Manila Time (8pm to 6am EST)
