This position will be working onsite from Miami.

Position Summary:

The Lead, INTL Pre-Cruise & OBR Strategy will spearhead initiatives to drive profitability within Casino and Pre-Cruise Purchase (PCP) sectors for the Royal Caribbean International brand, focusing on guests sourced from over 140 international countries. This role will be integral in strategizing and executing casino and PCP marketing efforts, managing strategic partnerships, and driving actionable insights through robust reporting and analysis. The Lead will collaborate with Managers and Directors across multiple teams, including Marketing, Web, Casino, Analytics, and Market Stakeholders, ensuring alignment and maximizing revenue opportunities. Additionally, the Lead will mentor and coach senior analysts to foster professional growth and ensure team excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Drive goals and KPIs for the International team, targeting guests sourced outside North America.

- Develop and execute market-specific strategies by analyzing performance trends and implementing data-driven recommendations.

- Partner with Revenue Management to optimize casino promo rates and PCP pricing strategies for international markets.

- Lead market stakeholder meetings to align on needs and implement targeted approaches to increase profitability.

- Leverage Power BI and other tools to generate actionable business insights and suggest optimizations for pricing and promotions.

- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and updates to leadership, highlighting progress, trends, and strategic opportunities.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by collaborating with Analytics, Casino, and Hotel Operations teams.

- Collaborate with Marketing on creative strategies, messaging, and promotional layouts to drive booking conversions.

- Partner with the Legal team to create compliant terms and conditions for new casino markets and programs.

- Work closely with the PCP and Casino teams to introduce new initiatives and partnerships to the international playbook.

- Implement efficiencies to streamline operational processes, including incident resolution and promotional execution.

- Oversee the preparation and submission of all request forms for internal stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout of promotions and updates.

- Maintain strong relationships with international market stakeholders to facilitate effective execution of strategies.

- Mentor and coach senior analysts, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.

- Act as a strategic resource and role model for other team members, encouraging high performance and analytical excellence.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative discipline (preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in analytics or a quantitative discipline required.

- Experience in revenue management and demand forecasting highly preferred.

- Casino industry experience strongly preferred.

- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL highly desirable.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic

environment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience interacting with Directors,

Managers, and other senior stakeholders.

- Proven track record of mentoring and developing junior team members.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.

- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of international consumer behavior and market

trends.
