POSITION SUMMARY:

Primary responsibilities will be to develop, plan and execute marketing and PR campaigns to grow International and North America Corporate Groups & Charters exposure. The lead will facilitate all analytical and marketing efforts, in collaboration with the appropriate departments, to increase brand awareness of the Corporate Groups and Charter department, while simultaneously maximizing revenues. Own and manage B2B Gift Card & Cruise Certificate program, maintain business relationship, and grow the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate with Media Agency and external partners, develop media plan and analyze results to maximize exposure and reach
2. Build and maintain CRM database tracking strength of opportunities to increase department revenue potential

1. Implement marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms including email marketing, digital, web, social media, and print.
2. Develop multimedia assets specific to Groups and Charters: web, email, print and social - for promotional and advertising initiatives
3. Create and update collateral, product, ship & training presentations
4. Manage Social Media platform, content creation and analyze metrics to maximize engagement
5. Website management, auditing, and content creation
6. Manage B2B gift Card programs, build relationships and increase exposure in NA marketplace
7. Identify opportunities by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
8. Sustain close relationship with Hotel Operations to remain informed on shipboard changes that impact the departments sales
9. Proficient understanding of Adobe, Workfront for creative planning and briefs or equivalent is recommended
10. Monitor Incentive Group & Charter industry trends in order to be an expert in the arena. Disseminate knowledge
11. Trade show, association support and communications
12. Support Group & Charter Sales Managers by researching potential leads most suitable for the Celebrity Brand and its respective product offerings

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor College degree or equivalent
• Recommended, Minimum 2 years cruise industry or 1+ years Celebrity Cruises
• Past experience in marketing and public relations roles
• Must be able to travel
• Web-savvy and techno curious
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• Ability to translate strategy into action
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi task
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft office and Adobe Suite
• CRM experience i.e Acoustic, Sales Force
• Web tools experience i.e. Wordpress
• Time management and organization skills
• Ability to use advanced business and sales knowledge to make decisions, and use sound judgment
• Outstanding presentation, verbal and writing communication skills
• Focus on revenue-producing activity
• Bi-lingual preferred, but not required
