INTERN Business Admin & Finance
Position Summary:
The position holder is to support the day-to-day Finance, Taxes and Payroll operations processes.
This post covers all Newbuild Site Offices throughout Europe (Germany, Finland, France, Italy)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily
- Working with invoices and expense reports
- Understanding and supporting in payroll processes
- Understanding budgeting processes
- Providing information for Forecast updates
- Coding of invoices according to Forecast
- Uploading invoices into Bookkeeping system TUNGSTEN
- Controlling actuals vs. forecast
- Maintaining electronic document management system
- Reviewing processes and developing new strategies

Monthly
- Supporting month end processing
- Understanding basic Tax matters and supporting
Other
- Ad-hoc support in tasks as given by supervisor
The position requires interaction with the Finance Team and Office Administrators in the European Site Offices.
Qualifications:
Minimum second year student of applied sciences, majoring Business Administration
Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to read and understand content of invoices in English
- Good mathematical skills - able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportion and percentages
- Able to sort and allocate facts and attributes to appropriate budget codes
