The Senior Project Analyst performs the role of Project Manager to assist in the planning, execution, monitoring, completion, and maintenance of deliverables that involves all CRM, implementation, and analytics projects. The candidate must have incredible organizational skills, relationship building, prioritization handling, people and customer management along with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, stakeholders, data experts and technical leads in the team. This role is part of the Global E-commerce Analytics & BI team. As a Senior Project Analyst, you will be supporting the Miami office and international team under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, Program Delivery

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective sprint execution and continuous improvement.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion by facilitating the teams scheduling, coordination, assignment of tasks with the guidance of the technical leads, develop timelines and manage risks
  • Plans and coordinate project teams to scope, plan or resolve project related issues
  • Coordinates daily tasks, review progress and effectively manage and monitor shifting priorities and competing projects
  • Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions
  • Facilitates sessions across various departments to understand and define project requirements
  • Effectively prepare and communicate project status reports regarding project milestones, deliverables, considerations, and risks to key stakeholders
  • Maintain and archive all project related documentation
  • Possess and demonstrate the agility to evaluate, reassess, reflect, and lead teams in the event of project direction changes
  • Resolves any impediments throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide continuous feedback to project members and input during daily stand ups, planning sessions, backlog management, and retrospective ceremonies
  • Facilitate project team and client meetings for the resolution of project related issues
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members, key stakeholders and/or external contacts (vendors, etc.)
  • Building a trusting and safe work environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgement
  • Proactively monitor and assess team health and project needs

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in CRM, implementation, and analytics projects.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and manage project risks, resolve issues, and lead project teams to successful outcomes.
  • Experience in a global or international team environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
