We are seeking an experienced Test Engineering Manager to lead our test engineering team in developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies for our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and expertise in test automation, with a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of test engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful test planning and execution.
• Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and project management, to ensure alignment and effective testing.
• Analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to improve product quality.
• Design and develop automated testing frameworks, scripts, and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Implement and maintain test automation infrastructure, including test data management and environment setup.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve testing processes.
• Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure effective test planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies

• At least 5 years of experience in test engineering, with a focus on technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
• Flexible and comfortable with working in constantly changing environments.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python or Java
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, PyUnit, or Cucumber.
• Expertise in test automation, including automation framework design and development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and services such as AWS Device Farm or Google Cloud Test Lab.
• Experience with production monitoring and alerting capabilities
