Royal Caribbean Group's Executive Department has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Coordinator to the Office of the CEO reporting to the AVP, Chief of Staff for CEO.

Position Summary:

The Coordinator to the Office of the CEO provides high-level administrative support and assistance in managing the day-to-day operations of the office. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can handle a dynamic and fast-paced environment with grace and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to supporting the Chief of Staff and the CEO in achieving the organization's goals. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with top executives and gain valuable insights into the operations of a leading company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a back up support to the Executive Administrator of the CEO.
  • Support the office of the CEO with ensuring all meetings, appointments, and events are accurately planned and executed.
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and other engagements.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and materials and take minutes during meetings as needed.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support the Chief of Staff and the CEO in decision-making processes.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
