Position Summary:

PT Guest Information Coordinator will compile statistical reports. Retrieve data to generate weekly reports published company wide. Coordinator will also create graphs, spreadsheets, presentations and queries for special ad hoc reports and presentations using existing databases of manually processed data within the customer requirements. Provide Analyst support for processing from various data sources. Will append databases as historical data is updated.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creates and processes weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports for management based on processed forms and surveys.
  • Upkeep of databases including updates to intranet web page.
  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules/checklists.
  • APIS Advanced Passenger Information System support for Ships transmissions.
  • Tungsten Invoice uploads and follow up of payment schedules.
  • Executive and Escalated Support and research for specific issues.

Qualifications and Education:

  • High School degree required
  • 4 Year College degree preferred or equivalent experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions and percentages to practical situations.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of data furnished in various formats written, oral, mathematical, diagram or schedule.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management, groups of managers, employees, clients and customers
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Brio-Hyperion, Lotus Notes, As400 Tables, Front Page and OMR/Image Scanner software experience.

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Upload and monitoring of Invoices in Tungsten.
