Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative and persuasive promotional messaging for Royal Caribbean's digital platforms, aligning with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand promotional goals and translate them into effective, engaging online content.
• Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any issues related to promotional messaging, ensuring a seamless and error-free user experience.
• Collaborate with the automation team to improve QA and monitoring of promotions on the website.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing processes for promotions, working closely with stakeholders to validate that promotional content meets business requirements.
• Provide detailed feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any identified issues during the UAT phase.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify and resolve technical bugs related to promotional content, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with product development teams to suggest and implement platform enhancements that optimize the delivery and impact of promotional messaging.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the effectiveness of promotions on digital platforms.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of promotional messaging processes, QA testing plans, and issue resolutions.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on best practices for promotional content creation and execution.
• Review automated daily and business reports to ensure promotional efforts are driving impact.
• Provide recommendations based on performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating and executing promotional messaging in a digital environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate them into effective online promotions.
• Experience creating and executing QA testing plans, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Technical aptitude to identify and communicate technical issues to development teams.
