NOTE: This is a full-time in-person role based in the company's headquarters in Miami, FL. Applicants must be available to work in Miami- Thursday, with work from home on Friday.

Position Summary:

The Analyst, Talent Succession & Reviews is responsible for supporting the organizational needs through the design and introduction of new programs or process optimization across talent management needs, focused on the development of internal talent to fulfill the business objectives of a growing organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Explore trends and opportunities to rethink and/or introduce new, world-class talent management programs or processes that enable leaders to effectively manage their talent to achieve business results.
  • Support the Talent Succession & Reviews team with the development, introduction and sustainability of enterprise-wide programs, processes, systems, tools and templates that enhances organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and pipeline/succession management
  • Guide end-users to identify customer-centric solutions, recognizing unique needs of the business and brands and customizes when applicable.
  • Investigate and understand pain points of operational leaders and root cause for promotions, learning offerings and others; actively engaging business stakeholders throughout the design process to ensure programs are relevant and address business needs and aspirations, in a timely manner.
  • Partner closely with work stream leads on the management of project milestones, recording issues and risks and facilitating problems resolution; this also includes the documentation of action plans, and thoroughly follow-up to hold team members accountable, including system readiness, people adoption preparedness, change management and sustainability.
  • Document systems and report functional requirements, updating process workflows and supporting documents. Prepare analyses and briefs on trends and lessons learned throughout the project.
  • Maintain online leadership development learning content for the RCL University's portal, coordinating with operations to ensure the most relevant and updated content is available and accessible to employees.
  • Maintains talent team standards and aligns the appropriate talent solutions and tools with customer needs to obtain desired performance, including individual, team and leader effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to develop specialized templates and tools to further integrate our enterprise talent approaches in a relevant and applicable way for the business.
  • Perform other duties as required to help drive the deployment of our global talent strategy and other prioritized talent advisory efforts.

Preferred skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field of study.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in human resources, preferably within a large and global organization.
  • Knowledge of talent management processes: succession management, career management, learning and development etc.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources systems preferred, and knowledge of SuccessFactors a plus.
  • Persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage small to medium projects independently while balancing daily tasks and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated; must have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision and follow-up on designated tasks.
  • Ability to gather and present data in a professional manner, ability to research and synthesize from diverse sources.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to productively work under tight time deadlines.
  • An investigative nature, a desire to problem-solve and ability to think outside of the box with a curiosity and bias for action.
  • Attention to detail when mapping processes and managing content, with demonstrated success educating and engaging others in their activation.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, applying sound judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Ability to work with and adapt to multiple stakeholders, including levels of management.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills; ability to read and adapt to styles of others who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines, cultures, and education levels.
  • Demonstrated full competence of Microsoft Office, including proficiency with navigating across Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of computers, Internet access, and the ability to navigate across a variety of Microsoft software packages such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Human Resources systems, preferably an Enterprise Resource Planning system.
