Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Update RCMT scheduling for all ships, including ship request and schedules and review the status of assignments.

2. Create cabin requests for approved jobs in applicable system.

3. Communicate with ships, teams and other relevant stakeholders regarding the scheduled job requests and related items.

4. Prepares budgets and forecasts to submit to GMTS Management and Brand Operations as related to RCMT and projects.

5. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data including financial information, survey results, and ECC usage related to RCMT as required.

6. Formulate efficient methods for handling large amounts of data, including a database solution.

7. Identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency through this analysis and other information.

8. Coordinate with and communicate business needs to Marine PMO regarding the ongoing use and development of the Riding Crew Web Management Tool

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Development of budgets, forecasts, and job-specific reporting to all brands under RCCL for all accounts related to RCMT. Annual budget for this area exceeds $20M.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, IT or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 3-5 years industry-related experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Knowledge of Microsoft office products such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word.
• Knowledge of JDEdwards accounting/HR software and Essbase a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in a multicultural environment to work with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Required 20% travel, both domestically and internationally.
