We are seeking a Pediatric Clinical Supervisor/Case Manager to join our team! We are the Staffing Industry Analyst fastest-growing medical staffing company in the country! About The Position:
- The Clinical Supervisor provides expertise and support for the provision of school health services. Using clinical knowledge and judgment, the Clinical Supervisor will help coordinate school health services and act as a liaison between Ro Health nurses and support staff, school district nurses and personnel, and families to advocate for health care for the students we serve.

Position Details:
- Location: Greater Detroit Area
- Specialty: Pediatrics
- Positions Available: Per Diem to start, but transitioning to full-time once we start building our cases in the area.
- Schedule: As needed during school hours (M-F, 8-3)
- Target Start Date: Within 1-2 months
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise and teach nurses to administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
- Create and establish patient treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians, nurses or families regarding patient care
- Educate nurses and patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pediatric nursing within the school system
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Skills Preferred:
- Experience with Seizure Disorders
- Diastat Experience
- Insulin Injections or Insulin Pumps
- Providing medication to students
- G-Tube feeding & medications
- Catheterization
- Ability to handle behavioral issues
- Tracheostomy experience
- Care for visually impaired patients
